Do I Qualify?

- If your household’s income is at 135% or less of the federal poverty guidelines you may be eligible. You will be required to prove your income.
- If you participate in specific government programs (Snap, Medicaid, SSI, FPHA etc.) or Tribal Programs, you qualify for Lifeline. You will be required to prove participation.
- You can also sign up for Lifeline if your child or dependent participates in any of the programs above.
Get Lifeline
As a customer, you must find a company in your area that offers lifeline and request an application in order for you to qualify to get lifeline. Your application and proof of identity should be submitted to the company you have chosen. You will receive a Lifeline discount towards your bill if your application is approved. A Lifeline discount to an existing service can also be received.
